As much of the available land in rural districts is in conservation areas, Stephen Mattick frequently succeeds where others fail in getting his sympathetic designs through the rigorous strictures of planning consent.

With more than 30 years experience, his drawings are meticulous and detailed not only for the benefit of the client, but also for the Planning Officers, who are left in no doubt about how the finished building will look.
